Sheila’s Diary #19

Monday 11 April, 2016

I stayed in today because of my mouth ulcer and the weather is bad as well.

Tuesday 12 April, 2016

I went around the market today.

In the evening, I went to the Tenovus choir in Cadoxton and it was a nice night.

Wednesday 13th April, 2016

I came along to the Castaways Club at Castleland Community Hall, I won money with the bingo and later on Peter did as well.

I had a cheese and beans jacket potato with a side salad and it was lovely.

Then we went to Crossway church hall, I met Rosalind there and we had a chat and tea.

Before Easter there was a raffle and I won the hand cream and body cream so that was nice.

Thursday 14th April, 2016

Natasha called for me, we called for Rosalind and went along to the fashion show at Golau Caredig.

There were lots of people there and it was nice to see the summer clothes.

I won a raffle prize and I chose a Downton Abbey D.V.D.

Then I went to the cherry orchard for a meal and I had a steak and ale pie with chips, peas and gravy.

Later on I went to College Fields and saw Alan.

We played bingo, Alan and I won, so I chose jaffa cakes for Alan and he was pleased with that.

Friday 15th April, 2016

I am busy again today at the Drop in Centre in Castleland Community Hall.

For lunch I will have ham, new potatoes, peas and parsley sauce.

I go back to Open Learning today after the holiday and it will be nice to see the group again.
