We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. As part of our Friday Club children’s group that we run in-house, we have an offline registration form that parents / guardians complete to provide emergency contact details for the club. Mobile phone numbers are stored in an SMS (texting) service that is provided by FastSms.
We use this service to let parents / guardians know about cancellations of the club. We do not use this information for marketing purposes of any kind and this data is only available to the playleader of the club.

We do this via social media, directly on the site and via word of mouth in an effort to make our user’s groups / clubs / activities a success and to showcase our facilities.
