Summer Programme Week 4 In our last week of summer activities, the boys and girls continued to have fun when they took part in this week’s activities.
On Monday we had our street party, which had to be held in the Community Centre due to the rain. This party was in Commemoration of the WWI Centenary.
The children enjoyed traditional party food and party dances before finishing the party off with lots of games and a “Conga” around the room. Local youngster Bethany won first prize in the raffle.

On Tuesday we saw our cafe transformed into a cinema where our film this week was TURBO. The children helped themselves to a buffet and we served jelly and ice cream. Everyone enjoyed the film and there were lots of laughs when the funny parts came on.
Thursday saw Junk Modelling and as usual some fabulous creations were made with the children taking extreme care over their creations.
